CGH Group will expand its manufacturing and engineering capabilities through a signed agreement to acquire Proxmus, an industrial company based in Elbląg, Poland.
Proxmus brings many years of experience in delivering industrial projects, with capabilities including tank manufacturing, process equipment, technological installations and production lines, specialist steel structures, CNC and heavy machining, as well as the maintenance and modernisation of industrial machinery and equipment.
The transaction marks another important step in the continued development of CGH Group. Once the conditions of the transaction have been met, the Group will expand its existing capabilities with new manufacturing and engineering expertise — including tank and process-equipment production in stainless, acid-resistant and duplex steel, materials not previously part of our portfolio — allowing us to support customers in even more complex industrial projects.
By combining Proxmus’ specialist know-how with the international reach, manufacturing capacity and experience of CGH Group, we will create new opportunities for both existing and future customers across our markets.
For our customers, this will mean access to a broader range of solutions within one Group — from tank and industrial-structure manufacturing to technological installations, advanced machining and the modernisation of existing industrial equipment.
In the next stage, once the conditions of the transaction have been met, Proxmus will continue to develop its expertise as part of CGH Group, while contributing to the Group’s growth and its ability to deliver increasingly complex industrial projects.
We look forward to working with Proxmus as part of CGH Group.
We will publish further updates on the progress of the transaction as they happen.
