INFORMATION NOTICE
In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), we hereby inform you that:
- The controller of your personal data is Proxmus spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k., with its registered office at 82-300 Elbląg, ul. Kwiatkowskiego 5. Contact information for the data controller:klimczyk@proxmus.com .
- Your personal data was collected from you when establishing cooperation regarding the provision of manufacturing and/or industrial services.
- Personal data refers to information about an identified or identifiable natural person. In particular, this includes data collected during the conclusion and performance of a contract and encompasses, among other things:
- First and last name, address, email, name of the company of the represented entity, position, phone number,
- For business entities, we process: Tax ID (NIP), National Business Registry Number (REGON), National Court Register Number (KRS), registered office address, and bank account number.
- Your personal data is processed for the purpose of:
- executing the contract for the duration of the contract and settling accounts after its termination (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
- fulfilling our legal obligations (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR), including, among others: issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents for the period specified by the Accounting Act, responding to complaints within the time limit and in the form prescribed by law,
- establishing a defense and pursuing claims, which includes, among other things, pursuing our contractual claims for a period after which such claims become time-barred (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
- handling complaint processes for a period of 2 years from the termination of the contract (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
- The recipients of your personal data will be exclusively entities authorized to receive personal data or entities involved in the performance of the order, including: IT companies, postal and courier services, security agencies, transportation companies, subcontractors, law firms, and banks and financial institutions.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations outside the European Economic Area.
- You have the right to access your data, as well as the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object.
- If processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to withdrawal.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law.
- Your data will not be processed by automated means and will not be used for profiling.
