INFORMATION NOTICE

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), we hereby inform you that:

 

  1. The controller of your personal data is Proxmus spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k., with its registered office at 82-300 Elbląg, ul. Kwiatkowskiego 5. Contact information for the data controller:klimczyk@proxmus.com .
  2. Your personal data was collected from you when establishing cooperation regarding the provision of manufacturing and/or industrial services.
  3. Personal data refers to information about an identified or identifiable natural person. In particular, this includes data collected during the conclusion and performance of a contract and encompasses, among other things:
  • First and last name, address, email, name of the company of the represented entity, position, phone number,
  • For business entities, we process: Tax ID (NIP), National Business Registry Number (REGON), National Court Register Number (KRS), registered office address, and bank account number.
  1. Your personal data is processed for the purpose of:
  • executing the contract for the duration of the contract and settling accounts after its termination (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
  • fulfilling our legal obligations (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR), including, among others: issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents for the period specified by the Accounting Act, responding to complaints within the time limit and in the form prescribed by law,
  • establishing a defense and pursuing claims, which includes, among other things, pursuing our contractual claims for a period after which such claims become time-barred (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
  • handling complaint processes for a period of 2 years from the termination of the contract (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
  1. The recipients of your personal data will be exclusively entities authorized to receive personal data or entities involved in the performance of the order, including: IT companies, postal and courier services, security agencies, transportation companies, subcontractors, law firms, and banks and financial institutions.
  2. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations outside the European Economic Area.
  3. You have the right to access your data, as well as the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object.
  4. If processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to withdrawal.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law.
  6. Your data will not be processed by automated means and will not be used for profiling.
